Session starts on the hour - Duration determined by the program the student is enrolled
(Dubot 45 min | Webot, EV3, HTML 1 hr | TEAMs 2hrs Each)

WESTU / Bellaire : Mon-Fri: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Sat: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Sun closed
Sugar Land : Mon-Fri: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Sat: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Sun closed
Pearland: Thursdays and Fridays: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Resumption of classes
Students enrolled when classes were suspended March 11th may resume class between May
18 and May 29th. After May 29th, any unused classes can be applied as credit towards
summer camp or fall semester registration 2020.
New operating guidelines (provided in detail in upcoming slides)
Limited number of students for each class and time slot.

confirmation.

Class sessions commence hourly at a rate of $65 per/ hr /child.
Maximum - 3 hours/day

Operating Procedure- Staff
KRA Management sourced information from the CDC, OSHA and the Governor’s (Texas) Strike Force for
Reopening to construct operational protocols.
Testing & Monitoring:
On-site staff to be COVID - 19 tested within one week before returning to work site
Regular COVID - 19 testing of staff - frequent
Temperatures taken of staff upon arrival and exit at work site
Equipment:
Sanitized after every single use
Staff are to wear masks and gloves; goggles and shields are under consideration

Operating Procedure- Students
KRA Management sourced information from the CDC, OSHA and the Governor’s (Texas) Strike Force for
Reopening to construct operational protocols.
Temperatures taken of students upon drop off and collection from KRA site.
Monitoring for Covid-19 Symptoms ongoing; if fever is suspected, student will be tested and parents will be
notified if temperature is 100F or greater and to collect student as soon as possible. Student will be isolated
from rest of class.
Staff displaying possible COVID-19 symptoms will be tested for fever. If temperature is 100F or greater, staff
member will depart premises and adhere to the quarantine protocols identified by the Governor’s Strike
Force.
Staff members exposed to those who have been lab certified as having COVID-19 will adhere to the Governor’s
Strike Force protocols to self quarantine.
Staff members exposed to those displaying symptoms will adhere to the 10 protocol detailed by the Governor’s
Strike Force.
Students are to wear mask and gloves; goggles and shields are underconsideration.

Operating Procedures -Class size and On site Hygiene
The maximum number of students on site during any instructional hour is 8. This allows kra to comply with the governor’s strike
force maximum of 25% of occupancy and ensure a minimum of 6 ft spacing.
Two staff members are on site - one dedicated to ongoing measures of hygiene, particularly cleaning and disinfection of all work
areas, restrooms and class related materials. All student work areas are cleaned and disinfected every two hours during hours
of operation and after each student’s session ends.
All work materials are cleaned and disinfected after each student’s session is ended.
All public areas including door handles, counters, project areas and restrooms are cleaned with assigned staff member
recording the date, time and providing initials when work is completed.
All persons entering premises, parents, students and staff, are mandated to wear masks, wash and sanitize hands hourly.
Professional cleaning company is contracted for weekly sanitation and disinfection of high use areas.
