STUDENT'S PICK-UP

Please pick-up students on time. Any student returned to their class after the robotic session they will be paying the extra care fees' to the school as per school's policy.

All students enrolled in the robotics class will be advancing to higher level based on their abilities and understanding to STEM Curriculum.

CANCELLATION POLICY

What is a 'Catch-Up' Class?

If the student has missed a class and has informed us before class day or time, a 'Catch-Up' class will be offered but no refunds. Is your child enrolled with program(s) with monthly payment plan? In that case, please provide written notice 3 weeks in advance.

Did you pay whole semester fess?

In this case, the student will have to finish all the class session(s) offered in the semester.

Class Refund?

KDA does not offer refund s for the classes missed by the student(s). However, if the class session was cancelled by KRA or the school, then a make-up class will be offered towards the end of the semester.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHER

AUTHTORIZATION TO USE PHOTGRAPHY AND/OR AUDIO VISUAL

By registering your child in one of the Kids Robotic Academy LCC programs you are hereby authorize Kids Robotic Academy LCC (photographer/videographer). This gives Kids Robotic Academy permission to use, reproduce, and or publish photographs and/ or videos that may pertain to you or your child. This also includes images, likeness and/ or voice without compensation. You understand that this material will be used for publishing in the parental control of kidsroboticacademy.com website. It may be used in various publications, public affair releases, recruitment materials. broadcast public service advertising (PSAs) or for other related endeavors.

Description of Material (Photos/Audio-Visual):

You have authorized photos and videos to be added on the kidsroboticacdemy.com website parental control. This authorization is continuous and may only be withdrawn by your specific rescission of this authorization. You have authorized and understand that this material may also appear on the marketing material of Kids Robotic Academy LLC. This authorization is continuous and may only be withdrawn by your specific rescission of this authorization. Consequently use of you or your child name(s), photograph, and/ or make reference to you in any manner that the Kids Robotic Academy LCC or project sponsor deems appropriate in order to promote/ publicize service opportunities. We really appreciate your support.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

This agreement releases Kids Robotic Academy LCC and the respected school from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during program activities, at respected location. By signing this agreement you agree to hold Kids Robotic Academy LCC. entirely free from liability including; financial responsibility for injury occurred, regardless of whether injuries are cause by negligence.

By registering child in one of the Kids Robotic Academy LCC Program(s) you forfeit all rights to bring a suit against Kids Robotic Academy LCC for any reason. You serve right to ask for clarification when needed.
